Heather Glen Community Services District has been notified of a billing correction related to raw water charges from Placer County Water Agency (PCWA).

Customers currently pay a $7 monthly PCWA raw water charge as part of their District bill. Due to a correction of prior charges billed by PCWA to the District, the District must recover the additional raw water costs associated with that period.

Beginning with the November 2026 bill, customers will see a temporary $8 monthly PCWA Raw Water Billing Adjustment for three consecutive months.

This adjustment is limited to the corrected PCWA raw water costs and is separate from customers’ metered water usage charges. After the three-month adjustment period, the additional $8 charge will end.

PCWA water costs were previously discussed by the Board of Directors during the District’s June 25, 2026 Regular Board Meeting, including the potential need for future review of those costs.
